Absolutely Worth It

Robo-Tek Robo-Plus V2 Robotic Pool Cleaner with Caddy

I did a lot of research prior to choosing the Robo Plus V2 and the fine mesh filter is exactly what I needed for a palm fern that releases fine spores into our pool. It’s not only completely scrubbed our pool clean but the force of the water coming out the top of the machine encourages the spores to drop down into the water where it’s vacuumed up. I haven’t had to use the pool skimmer since we got this machine. Well worth the investment.

Very happy with the new V2, climbing well on ledges and steps while also efficiently chewing up debris from recent storm (gum leaves and palm seeds). Highly recommended unit, especially if getting loads of chunky stuff blowing into the pool

Great time saver

ECOVACS GOAT G1 Robotic Lawn Mower

Surprisingly good, it does a great job that will only get better as it does more and the grass fills in. Our lawn has only been in a couple of months but the mower copes with the patches. It does get bogged in some loose dirt but I’ve set up avoid zones and it seems to manage those and get right to the edge pretty well. Robobuddy support were great too with planning out the number of nav beacons I’ll need too

Great vacuum/mop - even better service

Robo-Tek Viper Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

I did more research than I care to admit before we bought the Viper from RoboBuddy. Firstly, both RoboBuddy and RoboTek are so helpful and friendly. The service is unbeatable. You can be absolutely confident that these guys will provide you with the highest standard of support and help. The Viper itself is fantastic. The mopping function is its greatest strength - we have a young baby that flings food everywhere, and after picking up any large pieces the Viper would do a wonderful job cleaning up what was left, even dried yoghurt etc. The vacuum is very good. It worked really well on our carpets. It struggled a bit with the white dog hair on our black rugs. We provided this feedback to Robotek and they are looking into a rubber roller instead of the current brushed one. I think for most households the Viper would be perfectly suitable for carpets and rugs, we just have a heavy shedding dog and poor choice of rug colour. The interface is easy to use and the robot responds quickly to instructions. We have owned 3 robot vacuums and this was the best all-rounder by far. It’s also much quieter than the others, which meant I could run it while baby sleeps.

Gaggia Cadorna Barista Plus Automatic Coffee Machine

From my initial conversation with Chris at RoboBuddy I have found my overall experience very positive. The delivery was fast and the setup easy to manage. The online tutorials are also very helpful. I did take a while to work out my favourite blend but when I had that figured out it is extremely easy to get the best coffee ever. I love the steam wand that enables me to get the perfect crema. Madimack GT Freedom i60 Cordless Robotic Pool Cleaner

This is our first experience with a robotic pool cleaner and he has not disappointed us. Pool Walls, floor and spa, all perfectly done. No unsightly cords, a very tidy compact unit. We live in a coastal, bush area with high winds and he cleans up extremely well after storms too. Very happy with how efficiently he does his job and how easy he is to operate and clean his basket.
