PUDU BellaBot Premium Delivery Robot

Overview

The PUDU BellaBot is a four-tray delivery robot that carries up to 40 kg of meals, drinks or empty plates on every run. Staff load the trays, choose the table and BellaBot takes it there, so your team spends its time with guests instead of walking back and forth to the kitchen.

Guests notice the cat face and its expressions first. Underneath is a serious delivery platform: LiDAR or marker-based visual SLAM navigation, three RGBD depth cameras that react to obstacles in as little as 0.5 seconds, and automotive-grade independent suspension that adapts to the floor for a steady ride. A good fit for restaurants, clubs, hotels and function venues.

For venues that also want to advertise, the PUDU BellaBot Pro adds an 18.5 inch advertising screen, camera-based tray detection, dish recognition and height-adjustable trays.

Features

  • Four-Tray Capacity: Carries up to 40 kg in total, 10 kg per tray, on four 410 x 500 mm trays.
  • Dual SLAM Navigation: Runs on LiDAR SLAM with code-free laser positioning, or on visual SLAM with ceiling markers for ceilings up to 8 m high.
  • 3D Obstacle Avoidance: Three RGBD depth cameras and LiDAR pick up low-lying and overhanging obstacles and stop the robot in as little as 0.5 seconds.
  • Steady Delivery: Automotive-grade independent suspension adjusts its damping to the floor and the drive, for a steadier ride over uneven floors.
  • Infrared Tray Sensors: Modular, quick-release trays fitted with infrared sensors, for smarter trays and quicker deliveries.
  • Quick Battery Swap: A 25.6 Ah battery runs up to 13 hours unloaded, and a quick swap to a charged spare battery keeps BellaBot working around the clock.
  • Cat-Face Expressions: A 10.1 inch screen shows dozens of original expressions, so BellaBot greets and entertains guests as it delivers.
  • Touch and Light Feedback: Haptic feedback reacts when guests touch BellaBot, and status lights show what it's doing at a glance.
  • Remote Calling: Call BellaBot from the PUDU Link app, or from optional PUDU push-button pagers and 4G watches, wherever staff are on the floor.
  • PUDU Link App: Call, monitor and configure your robots and view their operating data from one app.
  • Fits Busy Dining Rooms: A 565 x 537 mm base needs a path only 70 cm wide to move between tables.
  • Adjustable Speed: Cruise speed adjusts from 0.5 to 1.2 m/s to suit crowded floors or long runs, and it climbs ramps up to 5°.

Outcomes

  • Fewer Trips for Staff: Four trays and a 40 kg payload carry a full table's order, or a load of empty plates, in one run.
  • More Time on the Floor: Staff stay with guests, taking orders and turning tables, while BellaBot does the walking.
  • Less Heavy Lifting: Full trays going out and dirty dishes coming back ride on the robot instead of in staff hands.
  • Covers Long Trading Days: Up to 13 hours per charge (unloaded), and a quick swap to a charged spare battery keeps it available from lunch through to close.
  • A Robot Guests Remember: The cat face and its expressions give families and diners something to talk about.
  • Dimensions (L x W x H): 565 x 537 x 1290 mm
  • Weight: 55 kg
  • Body Material: ABS and aircraft-grade aluminium alloy
  • Trays: 4, each 410 x 500 mm
  • Tray Spacing (top to bottom): 230 / 200 / 200 / 180 mm
