PUDU BG1 Pro AI Powered 3D Perception Scrubber Dryer

Overview

The PUDU BG1 Pro is the car park and open-span version of the BG1. It adds 3D LiDAR to the navigation stack, which is what lets it recognise vehicles and route around them, and it runs 20% faster at 1.2 m/s to cover more ground per shift. Pudu rates it for single operating areas above 10,000 m².

Everything that makes the BG1 effective carries over. It sweeps and scrubs in one pass, the disc brush extends physically to clean wall and kerb lines, and dual agent tanks mix two chemicals in real time to millilitre accuracy. Suited to underground and multi-storey car parks, shopping centre basements, large logistics floors and facilities-managed property portfolios.

Features

  • 3D LiDAR Perception: 3D LiDAR fused with 3D VSLAM gives the BG1 Pro a fuller read of its surroundings than the standard BG1, which is what makes car park work practical.
  • Vehicle Recognition and Avoidance: Recognises vehicles and routes around them, so lanes and bays can be cleaned without moving cars out first.
  • 1.2 m/s Cruise Speed: 20% faster than the standard BG1, covering more ground per shift across open spans.
  • Built For 10,000 m² Plus: Rated by Pudu for single operating areas above 10,000 m², the top of the BG1 series range.
  • One-Pass Sweep and Scrub: Front sweeping and rear scrubbing run together, clearing dry debris and wet soil in a single pass instead of two.
  • Extendable Edge Cleaning: The scrubbing disc brush physically extends to reach walls, kerbs and pillar bases, lifting coverage and reducing manual touch-ups.
  • Dual Agent Real-Time Mixing: Two agent tanks totalling 7 L dose to millilitre accuracy, supporting combinations such as cleaner plus deodoriser or acidic plus alkaline for oil-stained decks.
  • AI Spot Cleaning: AI vision detects oil patches and spills in real time and targets them directly, reaching up to 6,000 m²/h in spot mode.
  • AI Adaptive Cleaning: Brush pressure and speed increase automatically on stubborn stains, and the sweeping modules retract on detecting a wet spill so nothing is spread.
  • Stain Heat Map: Debris and stain history builds into a heat map, so oil-prone bays and lane entries are prioritised on later runs.
  • Automatic Disc Brush Installation: The disc brush fits itself with no manual positioning, and snap-on consumables bring routine maintenance under a minute.
  • 7.5 Hour Run-time: A 48V, 90 Ah battery platform delivers up to 7.5 hours of sweeping and scrubbing, with 75 L clean and 60 L waste water tanks to match.
  • 24/7 Automated Operation: The optional all-in-one station handles refilling, drainage and charging, closing the loop between task and maintenance.

Outcomes

  • Clean Around Parked Cars: Vehicle recognition means bays and lanes are cleaned as they are, without clearing the level first.
  • More Ground Per Shift: 1.2 m/s across open spans with a 7.5 hour run-time puts very large decks inside one overnight window.
  • Handle Oil, Not Just Dust: Dual-agent dosing and adaptive brush pressure deal with the oil and ground-in grime that ordinary scrubbing leaves behind.
  • Fewer Manual Touch-Ups: Extendable edge cleaning covers the kerb and pillar lines that normally need a mop behind the machine.
  • Maintenance Anyone Can Do: Automatic disc brush fitting and snap-on consumables mean under a minute of routine work, with no specialist training.
  • Best For: Car parks and large-area deep cleaning, single operating areas above 10,000 m²
  • Dimensions (L x W x H): 1195 x 760 x 1303 mm with squeegee, 1120 x 660 x 1303 mm without
  • Weight: approx. 344 kg
  • Cleaning Capability: Sweeper-scrubber integration, dust mopping (optional), polishing (optional), extendable edge scrubbing, automatic dual-agent dosing
  • Cleaning Width: 550 mm, 708 mm with side brushes
  • Cleaning Performance: Covered mode max 2,000 m²/h, spot cleaning mode max 6,000 m²/h
  • Navigation: 3D LiDAR plus 3D VSLAM fusion positioning
  • Cruise Speed: 0.2-1.2 m/s
  • Minimum Path Clearance: 85 cm
  • Clean / Waste Water Tank: 75 L / 60 L
  • Agent Tank Capacity: Dual tanks, approx. 7 L total
  • Dust Box Capacity: 5 L
  • Battery Capacity: 90 Ah on a 48V platform, equivalent to 180 Ah at 24V
  • Run-time: Sweeping and scrubbing max 7.5 hours, standard mode 5.5 hours plus
  • Charging Time: approx. 3 hours at AC 180V or above, approx. 4.5 hours below, with automatic voltage detection
  • Communications: 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, e-gate and elevator communication (optional)
  • Unattended Operation: Supported with the optional charging and docking station
  • Consumables: Scrubbing disc brush, scouring pad, rubber blade, oil-resistant rubber blade
  • Optional Accessories: Ride-on kit, dust mop assembly, docking station
