The PUDU CC1 is an intelligent commercial cleaning robot designed to standardise hygiene standards in retail, healthcare, and office environments. It is a powerful 4-in-1 system that combines Scrubbing, Sweeping, Vacuuming, and Dust Mopping into a single, autonomous unit.
Built to replace inconsistent manual labour, the CC1 delivers a measurable, hospital-grade clean every shift. It adapts to various floor types—from hard tiled supermarkets to carpeted office corridors—and manages its own power and water needs through a range of advanced docking stations.
Workstation Options: Choose Your Autonomy
The CC1 enables fully unattended operation. Choose the workstation configuration that fits your facility's infrastructure:
- Self-Cleaning Docking Station: The ultimate efficiency solution. It automatically charges the robot, refills water, and adds detergent. Uniquely, it features dedicated cleaning tanks where the robot inserts its squeegee and roller brush to be submerged and washed with 65°C hot water and 100W ultrasonic vibration. This automation significantly reduces the need for manual maintenance.
- Standard Docking Station: Connects directly to your building's water supply for automatic filling, drainage, and detergent addition while the robot charges.
- Mobile Water Station (No Plumbing): Ideal for older buildings or retail spaces where installing water lines is impossible. This 30L external tank system plugs into a standard power outlet and acts as a "Water Power Bank," allowing the robot to refill anywhere.
Core Cleaning Capabilities
- Professional Scrubbing: Uses high-pressure brushes and instant water suction to clean hard floors (epoxy, tile, marble) leaving them dry and safe immediately.
- Vacuuming & Sweeping: Automatically detects carpets and switches modes. With 17,000 Pa suction power, it handles fine dust and debris effectively.
- Zero-Gap Edge Cleaning: Specialised side brushes allow the CC1 to clean flush against walls and corners, eliminating the "dirty borders" often left by manual machines.
- PUDU SLAM Navigation: Combines LIDAR and Visual sensors to navigate complex, changing environments like busy supermarkets without getting stuck.
- IoT Elevator Integration: Capable of calling and riding elevators autonomously to clean multiple floors in a single shift (requires IoT module).
