PUDU GT3 Commercial Compact Robotic Mower

Overview

The PUDU GT3 is a compact autonomous mower that cuts, vacuums and collects grass clippings, leaves and light debris in a single pass. Its 36 inch deck covers up to 20,000 m² on a charge, and when the 60 L grass box fills it drives off to empty itself, then comes back to the exact spot it left.

Switch the blades off and the GT3 sweeps paths and walkways, so it keeps working when the grass isn't growing. RTK, LiDAR and cameras hold its position to within 2.5 cm, it maps each area in a single lap, and it drives itself between lawns. Built for corporate campuses, factories, logistics centres and resorts.

Features

  • One-Pass Cut and Collect: Cuts, vacuums and collects clippings, fallen leaves and light turf debris together, leaving little for a follow-up crew.
  • 36 Inch Cutting Deck: A 914 mm cut with three blades, adjustable from 26 to 114 mm, mowing up to 5,000 m² an hour.
  • Mowing and Sweeping: Turn the blades off and the GT3 becomes a walkway cleaner for paths and paving.
  • Auto-Dump and Resume: When the 60 L grass box is full it drives to the dump point, empties itself and returns to where it stopped.
  • Edge Sweeping: Dual sweeping brushes push edge leaves and debris toward the vacuum intake, and the deck trims within 50 mm of edges.
  • Auto Mapping and Border Recognition: Builds a map after one autonomous lap, finds where turf meets paving, and lets you edit no-go zones and transit paths.
  • Cross-Zone Transit: Drives itself between lawns and pitches along mapped routes and starts mowing again on arrival.
  • RTK Precision Positioning: RTK, LiDAR and vision combine for ±2.5 cm positioning, with maps of up to 100 hectares.
  • Adaptive Obstacle Avoidance: Recognises pedestrians, vehicles, hoses and light poles, then slows down, goes around or stops depending on the risk.
  • IP66 With Layered Safety: Rated IP66 against dust, water spray and routine washing, with emergency stops, blade interlocks, lift and tilt braking and indicator lights.
  • Zero-Turn Steering: Turns on the spot and mows slopes and side slopes up to 15°.
  • Remote Fleet Management: Shows live location, task progress and system health in the app, sends instant error alerts, and has a 3 km remote control range.
  • 13 kWh LFP Battery: Runs 4 to 6 hours per charge, with a standard charger fitted and optional fast charging in about 2 hours.

Outcomes

  • No Clean-Up Pass: Clippings and leaves go into the grass box as it mows, so there's no raking afterwards.
  • Works All Year: Sweeping mode keeps the GT3 busy on paths and walkways in the months the grass slows down.
  • Hands-Off Operation: Auto-dump, task resumption and cross-zone transit let it work through its mapped areas without an operator on board.
  • Designed for Shared Spaces: Obstacle recognition, emergency stops and blade interlocks are built for grounds where staff, visitors and vehicles are moving around.
  • Fewer Manual Touch-Ups: Edge brushes sweep border debris to the intake and the deck trims within 50 mm of edges, so there's less hand finishing.
  • Dimensions (L x W x H): 1602 x 946.6 x 1203 mm
  • Weight (with batteries): 450 kg
  • Width of Cut: 36 in (914 mm)
  • Height of Cut: 26-114 mm
  • Blades: 3
  • Grass Box Capacity: 60 L
  • Cleaning Width: 390 mm
  • Edge Trimming Distance: 50 mm
  • Mowing Rate: Up to 5,000 m²/h
  • Area per Full Charge: Up to 20,000 m² (2 ha)
  • Max Mowing Speed: 11 km/h
  • Max Slope (Mowing): 15°, forward and side
  • Turning: Zero-turn
  • Battery: 13 kWh LFP
  • Run-time: 4-6 hours
  • Charging Time: 4 to 5 hours with the standard charger fitted, about 2 hours with the optional fast charger
  • Positioning: RTK, LiDAR and vision fusion, ±2.5 cm
  • Max Map Area: 100 ha
  • Remote Control Range: 3 km
  • IP Rating: IP66
  • Sensors: 3D LiDAR, RGB cameras, RGBD cameras, rain sensor
  • Safety: Emergency stop switch, blade interlock, lift and tilt braking, status, turn signal and warning lights
  • Fleet Management: App with live location, task progress, system health and error alerts
