PUDU GT5 Commercial Robotic Mower
Overview
The PUDU GT5 is a full-size autonomous mower with a 60 inch rotary deck that cuts, vacuums and collects clippings and leaves in one pass. It's built to mow up to 8,000 m² an hour and covers up to 65,000 m² on a single charge, enough for a park or several sports fields in one shift.
The 100 L grass box empties itself at the dump point and the GT5 returns to where it stopped. It explores a new site to build its own map, takes its mowing areas from satellite imagery, positions itself to within 2.5 cm and watches for drop-offs at ponds, steps and embankments. Built for council parks, school and university grounds, sports fields and airport greens.
Features
- 60 Inch Rotary Deck: A 1.52 m cut with three blades, adjustable from 26 to 152 mm, mowing up to 8,000 m² (2 acres) an hour.
- One-Pass Cut and Collect: Cuts, vacuums and collects clippings, fallen leaves and light debris together, leaving the field clean behind it.
- 100 L Grass Box With Auto-Dump: When the box is full the GT5 drives to the dump point, empties it and returns to the exact spot it left.
- Up to 10 Hours Per Charge: A 26 kWh LFP battery covers up to 65,000 m² (6.5 ha) with no midday recharge.
- Auto Mapping and Rapid Deployment: Explores the site to build its own map and uses online or satellite imagery to set the mowing areas, with no manual perimeter mapping.
- Edge Trimming to 5 cm: High-precision positioning keeps the GT5 on a stable path and mows within 5 cm of edges.
- RTK Precision Positioning: RTK, LiDAR and vision combine for ±2.5 cm accuracy, with maps of up to 100 hectares.
- Cross-Zone Transit: Drives between pitches and lawns along mapped routes and starts mowing again on arrival.
- 360° Awareness: Surround-view RGB cameras, RGBD cameras and LiDAR watch the whole area around the mower.
- Adaptive Obstacle Avoidance: Recognises pedestrians, vehicles, hoses and light poles, then slows down, goes around or stops depending on the risk.
- Active Anti-Fall Protection: Detects shorelines, steps and steep embankments and reroutes or brakes, backed by digital no-go zones.
- Slope Capable: Mows slopes up to 20°, forward and side, with zero-turn steering.
- All-Metal Chassis, IP66: Heavy-duty steel and an all-metal chassis stand up to daily commercial work, and a separate IP66 rating seals the internals against dust and rain.
Outcomes
- Big Sites, One Machine: Up to 65,000 m² per charge lets one GT5 cover a park or several sports fields in a single shift.
- No Clean-Up Pass: Clippings and leaves are collected as it mows and auto-dump empties the box, so there's no raking afterwards.
- Quick Start on New Sites: Self-built maps and satellite geofencing get it mowing without a manual perimeter survey.
- Managed From Anywhere: Live location, task progress, system health and instant error alerts in the app mean fewer trips out to check on it.
- Designed for Public Spaces: Obstacle recognition, anti-fall protection and no-go zones suit parks where people, vehicles and water are close by.
- Dimensions (L x W x H): 1910 x 1586 x 1293 mm
- Weight (with batteries): 850 kg
- Width of Cut: 60 in (1.52 m)
- Height of Cut: 26-152 mm
