PUDU GT7 Precision-Cut Robotic Reel Mower
Overview
The PUDU GT7 is an autonomous reel mower for golf courses and sports turf. Three floating reel units give a 62 inch cut from 5 to 50 mm and follow the ground's contours, so the height of cut stays even across undulating fairways.
RTK, LiDAR and vision position the GT7 to within 2.5 cm, and you set the cutting angle, direction and lane offset to lay down professional striping. It runs 8 to 12 hours on a charge, climbs 30° slopes on four-wheel drive, and with the suction off it's quiet enough to mow early mornings and evenings. Built for golf courses and professional sports venues.
Features
- Triplex Floating Reels: Three independently floating cutting units, with 20.5° pitch, 14° roll and 10° yaw, track the ground for an even cut.
- 5 to 50 mm Height of Cut: Covers tees (6-15 mm), fringe and approach (6-13 mm), fairways (10-18 mm), sports turf (20-30 mm) and rough (25-50 mm).
- Toolless Height Adjustment: A dial-in knob changes the height of cut in minutes, without tools.
- Pattern Control and Striping: Set cutting angles, rotation direction and lane offsets for automated, professional-grade striping.
- RTK Precision Positioning: RTK, LiDAR and vision combine for ±2.5 cm accuracy, with maps of up to 100 hectares.
- Dual-Mode Mowing: Mow without collection, or collect clippings into the 130 L hopper, with bin-full detection and automatic task resumption.
- Dual-Fan Vacuum Collection: Two fans pull clippings, fallen leaves and light debris into the hopper in a single pass.
- 4WD Traction: Four-wheel drive keeps grip on rolling terrain and mows slopes up to 30°.
- Low-Noise Electric Drive: Fully electric, and near-silent with the suction motor off, so it can mow early mornings, evenings and during open hours.
- 8 to 12 Hours Per Charge: A 26 kWh LFP battery covers up to 70,000 m² (7 ha) per charge without collection.
- Cross-Zone Transit: Moves between fairways and fields along mapped routes and starts mowing again on arrival.
- 360° Awareness: Surround-view RGB cameras, RGBD cameras, ultrasonic sensors and LiDAR recognise turf boundaries, people and vehicles.
- Adaptive Obstacle Avoidance: Stops, waits or goes around depending on what it detects in its path.
Outcomes
- A Consistent Finish: Floating reels, ±2.5 cm positioning and pattern control keep cut quality and striping consistent from mow to mow.
- Mow Outside Play: Quiet electric running, near-silent with collection off, lets the GT7 mow early mornings and evenings while the course is quiet.
- Ground Staff on Skilled Work: One GT7 covers up to 70,000 m² per charge without collection, freeing your team for greens, bunkers and detail work.
- No Petrol or Diesel: The all-electric drive runs on charging alone, so there's no fuel to store or top up for this mower.
- Managed From Anywhere: Live location, task progress, system health and instant error alerts in the app cut down on checks out on the course.
- Dimensions (L x W x H): 1950 x 1600 x 1400 mm (1950 x 1500 x 1400 mm with units lifted)
- Weight (with batteries): 900 kg
- Cutting Units: 3 floating reels (pitch 20.5°, roll 14°, yaw 10°)
